At the committee meeting we agreed that our 2 late season 10's (18th
August and 15th September) would be run on the Q10/22 (A.20) course. As
DC Sec I have been informed that major road works COULD take place on this
course, starting early summer. I have advised Alan to submit a police notice
for another course just in case the A.20 is unusable with temporary traffic
lights. I have organised this for him.

The alternative course submitted for the 18th August will be Q10/1 (Romney
Marsh)
Alternative course for 15th September will be Q10/24 (Isle of Grain) This is
the course we use for our open. These are the only courses available for use
in Kent on these days.

The start time for August 18th will be 7am. Start time for 15th September
3pm.

I sincerely hope that the A.20 will be free of obstructions but that cannot
be guaranteed at this point in time. We cannot organise an event without a
police notice, at least this arrangement gives us the opportunity to switch
courses without any problems with Kent Police immediately. I have left Alan
to ensure that all prospective riders know which course will be used on the
day.
